Mace Wedding Photography began with one belief: that the photographs from your wedding should be the most treasured things you own. Not files on a hard drive, but heirlooms, printed large, framed with care, and handed down to people who weren't there, so they can know what it felt like to be in the room.

For years, my work happened under fluorescent lights. As a technician in a busy trauma center, I learned to read a room in seconds: who needed space, who needed a hand, what was about to happen before it happened. And I saw, again and again, that when everything else falls away, what people reach for is each other.

I left the hospital, but that way of seeing never left me. It's why I stay calm when a timeline slips, why I notice your father straightening his tie for the third time, and why I'll quietly turn toward the second row when your best friend starts to cry.

My work begins weeks before the wedding. We'll talk about your story, the people who matter, and the shape of the day ahead, so that when it arrives I'm not just following a schedule. I'm following you. I photograph on both film and digital, and I take on only a few weddings each year. What you receive is less like event coverage and more like a film, held still.
